In hopes to make a lasting impact on foster inclusion and long-term opportunities for Black institutions, Alicia Keys has partnered with the NFL to create a $1 billion fund dedicated to enhancing racial equity across businesses. The money will not only support Black-owned businesses, especially the ones effected the worst by the COVID-19 pandemic, but will go to encouraging racial equality in the workplace and encourage long-term solutions to closing the racial gap.

How Icons are Endorsing Black Business and Entrepreneurship Serena Williams
Just about everyone knows tennis extraordinaire, Serena Williams, but many don't know that she has been a huge advocate for minority-owned businesses. In 2014, Williams launched Serena Ventures , an organization dedicated to investing its funding and resources to small businesses and start-ups with diverse leadership. The organization not only provides funding for their investments, but allows opportunity for business collaboration and partnership, taking them to new levels of success. Serena Ventures has invested in numerous businesses including popular razor company, billie , and educational platform, Masterclass .
